How to calculate my home's value?

A comparative market analysis is an analysis that helps real estate agents to determine a marketable selling price for your home. It’s based on a number of things like the recent homes sold in your neighborhood, the location of your home, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any special feature or upgrades.

How quickly will my home sell?

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) states the average home in the U.S. sold within 21 days of listing. Add on top the typical 30 days on average for a home loan.

How should I prep my home for sale?

Make sure that you de-clutter, clean, and make any necessary repairs to your home, including a fresh coat of paint, fixing loose handles and knobs, and replacing burnt out light bulbs. Our concierge services can do this all upfront and you pay at closing!
